This was a sockeye salmon in lake, British Colombia that was coming up from ocean and there are many salmons the background. A male sockeye salmon strayed from a school and tried to pass by me. The bright red eyes like burning are very impressive, but actually he lost its right eye. It showed how tough he has been on the road so far.
